We aim to acknowledge all DPO messages within 3 business days and provide a substantive reply as soon as practicable.

Use this channel to:
- Ask how your personal data is collected, used, disclosed, or stored;
- Make an access request or correction request;
- Withdraw consent for specific uses, including marketing;
- Raise a concern about a data incident or privacy practice;
- Ask about cookies and tracking on this site.
Making an access or correction request
Please email dpo@tangotouch.sg with:
- Your full name and contact number;
- A clear description of the data you want to access or correct;
- Any reference that helps us locate your records, such as booking date, class name, or invoice number.
We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Where a reasonable fee applies for access, we will inform you of the amount and obtain your agreement before proceeding.
Withdrawing consent and marketing preferences
If you wish to withdraw consent for a specific purpose, tell us which purpose to stop, for example:
- Email updates;
- SMS or WhatsApp marketing
Operational messages related to an active booking will still be sent as they are not marketing.
